2025 Annual Report: Finding His Voice

Sergio has been part of PEAK since 8th grade, and in that time, he’s grown from a quiet participant into a confident leader.

Through the Leaders in Training program (LT), Sergio found his voice and the courage to use it. Today, he’s a core leader, known for his ability to connect with others and bring energy to every space. Whether supporting events like Harvest Fest or working alongside his peers, Sergio leads with both confidence and care. As LT Program Manager Michael shared, he does a “great job interacting with families and having fun with other LTs.”

His growth continued during Leadership Labs, where he stepped into an Operations Intern role building professional skills and deepening his leadership. He’s also become a role model at home, inspiring his younger brother to join the LT program this year.

Sergio’s journey reflects what’s possible at PEAK: when young people are given the space to grow, they step forward. Not just for themselves, but for others.
