2026 Lake Valley Camp Counselors & Coordinators
Our Camp Counselors are the foundation of Lake Valley Camp. These talented staff will be working the closest with our campers by taking responsibility of one of our many cabins. They will be fully immersed with their small group of participants, helping them stay on schedule and be safe while residing in their cabins with them. Our counselors do much more than that though! You can often find Camp Counselors jumping into programming or leading choice time activities with their campers and participating with them throughout the day. These individuals not only keep Lake Valley Camp moving, they work to ensure the health and happiness of their campers to make sure they are getting the most out of their Lake Valley Camp experience.
Xime - Pioneer Girls Coordinator
Hey! My name is Xime, and I'm from Colombia. This will be my 3rd summer at LVC, a place that truly feels like home to me. This summer I’m excited to build meaningful friendships, share lots of camp laughs and campfire songs, and help create a fun and encouraging space where every camper can grow and be themselves.
Joshua - Teambuilding Program Counselor
I’m from Louisvile, Kentucky. And I live in Saint Louis, Missouri. My hobbies include going to the gym, swimming, and surfing (when I'm at the beach!) I'm excited to explore the camp, and get to know all of the campers!
jordyn - Counselor
Hi I’m Jordyn and I’m from Cedar Rapids, IA. This is my first summer at LVC and I am so excited to meet new campers! I am super artsy so I am always filling my time with crafts or some kind of creative outlet. I can’t wait to see what this summer will bring!
Kennedy - Counselor
I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My hobbies include traveling, photography, playing golf, listening to music and spending time with friends and family. I am excited to spend time in nature and enjoy all the beauty and peace it has to offer this summer! I was a camper in both day camp and overnight camp at PEAK when I was younger.
Nick - Team Sports Program Counselor
Hi, I'm Nick. I'm from Montfort, WI. In my free time I like to read, play sports, be outside, and birdwatch. I'm excited to meet new campers and counselors this year, as well as catching up with old friends. This will be my third summer at camp as the Team Sports Counselor.

Makaya - Aquatics Coordinator
I am from Racine, Wisconsin, but I go to University in New York City. This will be my 2nd summer with LVC, and I'm over the moon to come back! One of my favorite hobbies is crocheting, so I hope to bring that to campers again this summer! This upcoming summer, I cannot wait to open to pool and continue to make the water a fun and safe place for campers to build their confidence in water safety skills.
sequan - Program Coordinator
This will be my third summer at LVC!! I am so excited to meet the staff and hangout with some familiar faces. I have a tendency to cook, dance, read, and watch a LOT of TV. Coming all the way from the South I am so excited to get to know people and their cultures and stories!!!

Hi! My name is Andrea from Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. I enjoy creative activities like nail art, and I love meeting people from different cultures. Hey Everyone! My name is Elijah Santiago and I live in Acworth, GA. This is my first summer working at Lake Valley Camp and my first time in Wisconsin. I’m currently getting my Bachelors for Theatre Education and am passionate about all aspects of Theatre. I’m so excited to meet everyone and ready to have a great summer!
Milo - Counselor
Heya, I'm Milo, born and raised in Milwaukee! This will be my fifth summer at camp but my first at LVC, so I'm excited to return to a camp counselor role in a new community. I'm an absolute nerd for tabletop games (like DND), and I love to cook and read sci-fi novels.
jay - Counselor
I’m from the Red River Gorge in Eastern Kentucky. I love traveling and rock climbing. If you can’t find me I’m in the woods or in New York watching a show on or off broadway. I’ve been to 37 states and lived in 3 of them. I’m a master friendship bracelet maker. I’m excited for camp this year getting to see a new state and make more amazing camp memories!

Hi! I am from St. Clair, Michigan and I'm currently studying social studies and education at Grand Valley State University. In my free time, I love crocheting, watching movies, and spending time outside. I'm so excited to meet everyone and can't wait to see what adventures camp will bring!
Ash - Archery Program Counselor
I'm from Detroit, Michigan, and I grew up outside LA, California! Now, I live in Ypsilanti, MI and go to school for music education at Eastern Michigan University. I love the guitar, archery, and creative writing. I'm most excited to teach archery and make memories at LVC this summer!
Lee - Performing Arts Program Counselor
I am from Detroit, Michigan. I’m a college student studying Theatre. In my free time, I write, paint, sing, and dance. I’m super excited to get to share what I love so much with so many amazing campers!

I'm from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I live in West Allis. Some fun facts about me: I really like to draw and to create new things and listen to music. I'm excited to be back and make new memories since my last visit to LVC and have fun this summer.

I'm from Lancaster, Wisconsin and have been living on campus at Southwest Technical College. I like cars, video games, music, swimming, archery, and being outdoors! I'm excited to see some of my friends as well as make new ones this year. I'm coming for my second year back and I can't wait to see what happens!

Hello I'm Donte or Tae. This is my 16th summer at LVC and my 6th year as a staff member. Some hobbies are: I like to enjoy are reading, photography, playing videos games and hanging out with friends and family. I'm really looking forward to just be out at camp and hanging out and enjoying some time away from home.

I am from Kewaskum, WI, but just graduated with my bachelor's from UW-Madison, and I will be moving to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota Law School this fall! In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my plants, teaching yoga and Pilates, and trying new coffee shops with my friends. This summer will be my third summer at LVC, and I am SUPER excited.
